This is absolutely ridiculous. The world has been so worried about the Internet ruining the revenues of so many industries… And it turns out that Monty Python figured out how to make it work. Go figure.
Although, it seems to me as though genuine goodwill, a passion for the product, and customer-friendly business practices seem to create the best revenues for a company. Because people want to buy things from a company that makes it easy to like them. That’s what I think anyway.
